Delivery Area

We currently ship to mainland United Kingdom only. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, or other offshore UK addresses at this time.

Delivery Times

•  Standard delivery: 2 – 5 working days from order confirmation.
• Larger or bulk orders: Delivery may take up to 7 – 10 working days.
• We will contact you if delivery is expected to take longer.

Delivery Costs

• Free delivery on all standard orders to mainland UK addresses, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
• For oversized, heavy, or special-handling items, we may arrange delivery by pallet or dedicated courier. Any costs will be confirmed with you before dispatch.

Delivery Requirements

• Deliveries are made Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
• You must ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
• If delivery fails due to access restrictions or no one being present, re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If goods arrive damaged or parts are missing, notify us within 48 hours so we can arrange repair, replacement, or refund.
