Project Overview
Saica Pack commissioned Ergometric to carry out a programme of DSE assessments across its Manchester facility. The objective was to identify practical workstation improvements that would enhance comfort, reduce strain and support employee wellbeing.
Following the assessments, Ergometric supplied tailored ergonomic furniture and accessories matched to individual employee requirements.
The Challenge
Each workstation had different requirements, so a standard furniture replacement approach would not have delivered the right outcome.
