The Biamp EasyConnect MPX 250 turns a meeting table into a fast, organised bring-your-own-meeting workspace. Up to four participants can connect by USB-C, charge their devices and take control of the room display, camera, microphones and speakers from the integrated touch controller.
Designed for professional boardrooms, meeting rooms and shared collaboration spaces, it combines presentation switching, room-device access, laptop charging and retractable cable management in one cleanly installed system.

Why Choose The EasyConnect MPX 250?
Most meeting-room systems force users to choose between a fixed room computer, loose adapters or a tangle of unmanaged cables. The MPX 250 brings four user connections, USB-C charging, presentation switching, room-peripheral access and retractable cable management together in one purpose-built table system.
Connect a compatible laptop and use the conferencing platform of your choice with the room’s installed camera, microphones, speakers and displays. When another participant needs to take over, the touch controller provides a simple, visible handover.

A compatible USB-C laptop can share video and audio, access connected room peripherals and receive power through a single connection.
Simple Presenter Switching
Capacitive touch buttons and colour LED indicators help participants see which devices are connected and who currently controls the room.
Dynamic Laptop Charging
The system supplies up to 100W to one connected laptop, up to 60W each for two or three laptops, or up to 45W each when four are connected.
Use Your Preferred Platform
Run meetings from the connected device using popular platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet, subject to the computer and room configuration.
Integrated Cable Management
Four 2m USB-C cables, cable weights and a retractable mounting system keep connections available without leaving loose leads across the table.
Room AV Access

Connected computers must support the USB-C functions required for the intended setup, including DisplayPort Alt Mode for video and USB Power Delivery for charging.
