A few things worth knowing
Good questions.
Clear answers.
What comes with the pod?
Both models include integrated power, dimmable LED lighting, ventilation, acoustic panels, screen-printed glass and a status indicator. The one-person Kuga also includes a built-in desk. Seating is separate.
How much sound does it reduce?
Kuga’s acoustic panels help absorb sound and reduce distractions. It is an acoustic workspace, rather than a promise of complete sound isolation. Ask us about suitability for your environment, or experience a pod at a supplier showroom.
Can you deliver and install it?
Free mainland UK delivery is available, with a delivery and installation option shown in the buying area above. Contact us to confirm current lead times, access requirements and arrangements for your postcode. Please tell us about stairs, lifts and narrow doorways.
Will it fit through our building?
The overall dimensions are shown above, but delivery routes and installation clearances need checking too. Send us your floor plan, access measurements and proposed location so we can help you plan before you order.
Can we try a pod first?
The supplier’s Koala Pods are on display in London and Scotland. Enquire through Ergometric so we can confirm the model, location and appointment availability.
What guarantee is included?
The pods have a 3-year guarantee. Ask our team for the applicable terms and any support you need with your specification.
